Table 1 summarizes the physical properties of GLS TPS suitable for overmolding. Table 2 lists the GLS TPE products that were developed to overmold onto different substrates along with their adhesion test data. Figure 2 illustrates some common GLS Materials, their supplied hardness, and the relationship between hardness and thickness.
