Garratt is senior vice president, president, Color, Additives & Inks for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region at Avient Corporation, a premier provider of specialized and sustainable material solutions and services.

In addition, he serves as the primary point of contact for Avient’s shareholders. He joined Avient in 2011 as Assistant Controller and later served as Director, Finance for the company’s Global Color, Additives & Inks business segment.
