Remafin™ Fiber Colorants for PP

In late 2016, PolyOne acquired COMPTEK (Diez, Germany), a specialist in formulations based on extreme-heat polymeric materials such as PEEK, PES, PEI, PPS, PSU and PPSU.

We manufacture specialty long fiber composite pellets using a proprietary pultrusion process that melt impregnates continuous carbon, glass or other specialty fibers with thermoplastic polymer matrices ranging from polypropylene (PP) to PEEK to achieve high performance. 

OnCap UV colorant and additive solutions are compatible with PA, PET, PP and a range of other materials.

Performance Products & Solutions (PP&S) achieved a new record for return on sales at 7.2 percent and further reduced its working capital as a percent of sales to 4.3 percent.
