Avient will showcase its colorants and additives, cross-linkable formulations, ultraviolet (UV) laser marking solutions, high-performance engineered fiber, chemical foaming solutions, and flame-retardant materials. Colorant Chromatics™ Cross-Linkable Formulations include X-ETFE and X-PVDF with high-temperature resistance and superior cut-through resistance, abrasion resistance, and mechanical toughness.

Avient’s unique formulation expertise allows the supply of reprocessed, high-quality, non-toxic PVB to be upcycled into more sustainable TPEs with excellent properties. Available globally, the new reSound R TPEs are formulated with regionally recycled PVB.

Complēt™ R nylon 6 long fiber composites provide stiffness, strength, and toughness performance on par with standard nylon 6 long fiber formulations using virgin resin, giving these materials the structural capability necessary to be used as an alternative to metals. Formulations are available globally in a standard black color at typical weight percentages of long glass fiber, long carbon fiber, or hybrid combinations.

PolyOne‘s ECCOH material met Keystone’s requirements for excellent electrical and mechanical properties, long-term aging reliability, flame retardance to improve safety in the event of fire (IEC-60332-24), and a non-halogen formulation to meet environmental standards (IEC-60574).
