Cesa™ Clean masterbatch additives are formulated to effectively clean process tooling and machinery during material or color changeovers. They are a cost-effective way to help maintain critical production uptime and increase manufacturing efficiencies. They are effective for cleaning both extrusion and injection molding equipment and have the added benefit of being recyclable.

More complexities arose: the addition of an antimicrobial ingredients had an adverse effect on the color harmony. Keeping color harmony was essential, but more importantly, the OEM needed to demonstrate antimicrobial effectiveness to validate performance claims. An effective means of repurposing recyclate, OnColor R3 Recovered Black keeps waste from being sent to a landfill by reprocessing it into usable colorant.
