Seller shall rectify the defective Products, supply new Products or refund the amount corresponding to the defective Products, at Seller's discretion. To the extent Products that have been sold exempt of value added tax and value added tax, due to a change in legislation or Governmental decree, shall be added to the sale price for said Products or new Products, Buyer shall be solely responsible for the payment of such value added tax.
