If Buyer resells the Products, Buyer agrees to the Terms and Conditions Regarding Buyer Resale of Avient Products located at www.avient.com/terms. In case Buyer is required to disclose the information by virtue of a court order or statutory duty, Buyer shall immediately inform Seller and reasonably cooperate with Seller should it seek to obtain a protective order.
