Mevopur™ Healthcare Bio-based Polymer Solutions Like all Mevopur products, Mevopur Healthcare Bio-based Polymer Solutions use raw materials pre-tested to ISO 10993-1, USP and , EP 3.1.3 / 3.1.5 (polyolefin packaging materials), USP (polyethylene) and ICH Q3D (elemental impurities). Documented change control beyond CAS number and Registered Drug Master File (DMF)/Device Master File (MAF) documentation are common practices for the Mevopur portfolio.

The data sheet of each Mevopur bio-based concentrate will include the percentage of bio-based content and the Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) value to help healthcare product manufacturers calculate a product's environmental impact. Mevopur Healthcare Bio-based Polymer Solutions are drop-in solutions that can be used the same way as conventional concentrates in the injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion of medical devices and pharmaceutical packaging. Like other Mevopur products, they are formulated with raw materials tested to ISO 10993-1 and USP , European Pharmacopeia 3.1.3 and 3.1.5, USP and ICH Q3D.
