If Seller determines that Buyer’s financial responsibility has become impaired or otherwise unsatisfactory to Seller, Seller may require advance cash payments, COD, shorter terms, and/or the posting of satisfactory security by Buyer, and may withhold shipments until Buyer complies. 5.
